SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL

FOR CARE LEAVERS

In this Intellectual Output, a bibliographic research was carried out on the existing assessment tools with respect to the areas and aspects of adolescents' autonomy (identified in IO1), as well as on the tools and procedures currently in place in the partner countries that enable the identification of protective and risk factors for adolescents. A test was then created and administered to a sample of guests in the communities (young people aged between 14 and 21) to assess the degree of autonomy acquisition, perceived self-efficacy, self-esteem and resilience.

The final product created is a tool that makes it possible to assess the degree of autonomy skills possessed by the minor and to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to elaborate a pathway for promotion.
